Refund and Returns Policy

Console Rental Policy (PS5 / Gaming Console Rentals)

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for rented gaming consoles may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The console is unavailable after order confirmation.
  • The delivered console is non-functional at the time of delivery and a replacement cannot be arranged.
  • Order cancellation is requested atleast 48hrs before dispatch/shipping.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind 48hrs before delivery.
  • Lack of usage or reduced usage duration.
  • Minor cosmetic wear that does not affect gameplay.
  • Internet issues, server outages, or game-related technical issues not caused by the console.
  • Failure to understand setup instructions provided by Play Eazy.

Replacement Support

If the console develops a technical issue during the rental period:

  • Customers must report the issue immediately with proper video/photo proof.
  • Our team will inspect the concern remotely or physically.
  • If found genuine, Play Eazy may provide:
    • A replacement console, OR
    • Technical assistance, OR
    • Partial compensation at our discretion.

Damage & Liability

Customers are responsible for the rented console and accessories during the rental period.

Charges may apply for:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Missing accessories
  • Controller damage due to misuse / any type of Damage. Controllers are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were provided.
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering

Security Deposit

Any refundable security deposit (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
The refund timeline may vary depending on the payment method and inspection status.


Games on Rent – Return & Exchange Policy

No Refund Policy

All rented games from Play Eazy are 100% Genuine & Authentic. Hence strictly non-refundable once delivered.

This includes:

  • Digital dissatisfaction
  • Gameplay preferences
  • Storyline dislikes
  • Compatibility misunderstandings after order confirmation

24-Hour Exchange Policy

No Questions Asked policy if exchange of equal amount is requested within 24hrs

Customers may request an exchange ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The game disc is defective, unreadable, or not functioning properly.
  • The game condition remains unchanged and undamaged.

Exchange Approval

Exchange requests are subject to verification by the Play Eazy support team.

If approved:

  • The same title may be replaced, OR
  • Another game of equal rental value may be provided (subject to availability).

Exchange Not Applicable In Cases Of

  • Scratches caused after delivery
  • Disc damage due to mishandling
  • Personal dislike of the game
  • Completion of the game storyline
  • Late reporting beyond 24 hours

Return Process

To initiate a return, replacement, or exchange request:

  • Contact Play Eazy support immediately through the official contact channels.
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Delayed reporting may lead to rejection of the request.


Important Notes

  • Play Eazy reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges if policy conditions are not met.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed only to the original payment method.
  • Policy terms may be updated without prior notice.
