Privacy Policy
- Damages / Loss: In case of any damage / loss to any of the products the customer has acknowledged and accepted the responsibility to reimburse the repair / replacement charges in full. Each damage is assessed on a case to case basis.
- No Foul Play: All Seals attached / sticked on the devices have to be dealt with very carefully. If any signs of removal are visible then it will be liable for a check-up, any changes if found in the system, it will be liable for replacement with a new device, irrespective of the cost.
- Technical Issues: We are not responsible for your TV support or resolution related issues, in case the problem cannot be solved due to TV or resolution related issues, No Refund will be applicable. We can however change the console at an extra cost of Rs.400/-. No time extension will be applicable.
We are not responsible for any sort of technical issues that are due to a device which is other than provided by us. No refund will be applicable.
- Door Lock / No Communication: In case of no communication / door locked on day of pick-up from the customer, per day rental penalty upto 1500/- will be applicable, depending on case to case basis.
- Cancellation: In case of cancellation after the delivery has left a charge of Rs. 500/- will be applicable.
